Welcome to Boldmere Junior School,
I am extremely proud and privileged to be the Head Teacher of such a happy, vibrant and dynamic school. We continually strive to stimulate and challenge the children, so they receive the very best education possible. At our school we have high expectations and the children reward us by always giving their best. We believe that Boldmere Junior School is a special place at the heart of our community. It is vital for us to develop positive and productive relationships with our children and their families, which enables us to create a friendly, safe and supportive environment for all to achieve and enjoy. We have a caring, hard working and incredibly committed team that strive to bring out the very best in our children. We are all dedicated to developing the knowledge, skills and understanding which enables children to be equipped for the future and become, contented and fulfilled young people,
Mr C Glasgow
There may be a problem logging in this weekend as we are migrating to Office 365 very soon.
Another good result against Walmley, who put 14 past Coppice last week. We drew 2-2, however we were losing 2-1 with only 30 seconds to go. Max Beveridge took a pinpoint corner which was nodded in by Tom Hurley ( the smallest player on the pitch). The crowd went absolutely wild ( well the Boldmere supporters did) and we gained a much deserved point!
It was a real gutsy performance from the team, which at the end of the game felt like a win!
The B-team lost 4-2, with goals from Joel Sykes and Aaron Redding. Some sloppy defending gifted all 4 goals to Walmley, however it was the first time many of the team had played, so a bit of a learning curve for all involved.
Looks like the Year 6 had a fantastic time recently in France. There are over 600 photos to view, so make yourself comfy!
4H had a great time making their Egyptian alarm systems-all photos are stored under "Media"
New Kit Sponsor
We would like to say a big thank-you to Jo from Sunlight Windows in Boldmere who in the Summer agreed to pay for and sponsor our new kit. Jo and the company have been extremely generous and in fact we have been able to buy 2 kits, in 2 different sizes which we can use in various tournaments.
